Mount 1RU rack DI to drum rack (Yamaha hex-rack)?

Hi there,
I have a Yamaha DTXtreme III Special with the hex-rack, and I'd like to mount an 8-channel DI+line-mixer to the rack so that the knobs are nice and easy to adjust. Does anyone know what the best way to attach this would be?

This is the product - SMPro Audio DI8E (so we can send direct outs to mixing desk and drummer has a headphone mix):

'WOW I need one of these! Sorry, I just couldn't resist. That is a very cool unit, never new they existed. Not familiar with the DTX mount. Would be nice if you could somehow get the DTX to sit/mount right on top of it.

Don't know the cost but could you get 2 more clamps for your rack and somehow modify them to hang it from the bar under your DTX using the mixers rack ears? Probably a lot of weight involved with 8 XLR cables hanging out the back though. There are also those 19" steel rack shelves you could modify. Just thinkin' out loud.
