2 Pintech Nimrods on 1 AUX question

I am just trying to find the logistics of how to get two pads to work on the AUX inputs on my expanded TD-20. Right now I have one Pintech Nimrod hooked up which obviously is a single trigger and I just set the input as PAD. I am thinking about adding another Nimrod on the same AUX inputs, I have the Tip and Sleeve "Y" cable but I am not sure exactly if it will work that way or if I need to set the input to either a PD or CY setting. I've done a search but I can't seem to put all the pieces of the puzzle together with the answers to make sure I am doing it right.

Thanks

You can't do it with any standard cable; not even a dual-mono to stereo "insert" cable. (Because the second pad needs to send a signal to both parts of the input.)

You need one of these: Splitter for Dual Piezo inputs AKA TD-9, TD-12 or TD-20 Aux/Tom splitter

If you don't want to make your own, the only place I know of to buy them is: Roland Head and Rim Splitters for Sale [TD-9/12/20 Tom & Aux]

You would need to use a dual-piezo (i.e. mesh head) trigger type (PDxxx).

Thanks, I e-mailed Jason about getting a couple. I did order another Nimrod anyway, I could always make my own Splitter but would rather just buy one from him so I don't have to fool around with it.
