I know that this issue was discussed a few times already on this forum, however there is not exact solution of this problem. I would like to share with you by my experience in the issue's solution.
Earlier, I used various MIDI-USB adapters, and I had problems with Bulk Dump: the TD-12 module showed various errors during receiving of data from PC like that: "... receiving address error", "... data error", etc.
This problem was solved completely after I bought "Roland UM-ONE" adapter. This adapter works perfectly!!!
Therefore, if somebody will have similar problems, please use this adapter, and all problems will vanish.
