    Headphone practice/gig?

I have been having a difficult time hearing everyone at practice. We run v-drums,vocal mic, synth into an amp and the bass is on a separate unit. I would like to run everything into a mixer that i can adjust the volume of all into my headphones. Can I accomplish this?

seems like the perfect solution. i haven't tried one - yet - but there's a long thread about this on the board, and it seems like it's made to deal with this exact situation.
TD4 module. Pintech 10 inch Concertcast Dual Zone, 3 Pintech 10 inch Concertcast Single Zones, FD-8, Pintech Gig Kick, Tama Iron Cobra Jr Double Pedal, on a Roland MDS-3C Rack with 2 longer tubes. Cymbals: Hart eCymbal II 12" and 14". Roland CY-5. Yamaha PCY135 on the way. And an Awowo Live Drums and 10 inch practice pad with foam

I'd suggest getting a small mixer, run everything through it as usual, and run a feed from the mixer back to the mix in on your module. You can then control your individual headphone volume right at the module to a certain extent. Lately I've been really bothered by the fact that Roland changed the mixer function, (in the expanded TD-20 anyways), so you can't turn off the drums in the headphones. I used to prefer an 'entirely' separate mix from the mixing board back to my phones through the mix in jack but that's not really possible anymore. Now I run a separate headphone mix from the mixing board and have abandoned the mix in/headphone out of the module route.

OK I dug up a Behringer Eurorack UB 1002 will this work ? V Drum, SPD-30,Vocal mic, synth,Bass. 1 Head Phone Jack, for myself and the SPD-30 ?

I don't see why not, as long as it provides enough inputs for your situation it should be fine. I hear lots of bad things about Behringer but that has not been my experience. It's comparatively very cheap in price, so you have to keep that in mind, but it usually works fine for me. Any sort of mixer is going to give you more options as far as signal routing goes.

Some DI boxes are also a good choice. They're cheap and would allow instruments, such as the Bass for example, to split their signal to their amp and to your mixer.

I run a small 5ch mixer for my IEM foldback system.

I take a feed from my drums (module output or acoustic drum mixer output), feed from the bass amp and a FOH feed from the FOH mixer.

Then I can control my own levels right next to my drum throne to my IEM's.
Here is a pic from a recent gig:
