    Wink Hi-Hat Tambourine

Not strictly DIY, all made from manufactured parts - a Stagg light plastic half-moon Hi-Hat tambourine mounted on a Mapex hi-hat stand (with Roland CY-11) and fitted with a Roland RT3T Trigger (plastic screw grommet must be removed to allow a tight fit), which can be connected to a spare module input or one that is being used in tandem, in this case a TD-3 set on PO3/Tambourine.....well John Bonham had one, I remember seeing him often use it !
It works! It can be struck or pedalled, (leave enough space for hi-hat cymbal to be struck) and once installed and crosstalk/sensitivity adjustments are made you have the benefit of a live real-time tambourine sound and a triggered one going into the mixer - jingle time!
Next little project is a triggered Cowbell
