How sceptical! You must be an internet user.

This TD-6 editor is a genuine and free download (but as mentioned, a Beta version).

I guess I am, I appologize, but I'm not a user, I'm a developper and secuity specialist. I guess I was too lazy to open Netscape and try the link, but its because it looks a bit suspicious (bunch of numbers followed by .zip.html).

I am very carefull (almost obsessed) with my computer because I need it to make a living. I never take chances and I usually am pretty good at spotting suspicious site, links, emails etc.

I tried the editor, its pretty good actually. Maybe I should contact the programmer and offer a space on my server to distribute the program so the link to the download page doesnt look suspicious.
When in doubt, roll ! Or just change program number.

I am not going to blindly follow links from members who have made 1 post during there entire membership. But if there is a "TD-6 editor," could someone give me a more legitimate link?

I contacted Antonio, the programmer of the editor a couple of days ago. He gave me permission to make the download available from my server. I'll be setting up a mini web site for the program soon.

Until then you can download it from here:

I received a new version from Antonio yesterday. He made some changes so that the window can now be moved and resized.

    Download it from here:

    http://www.neurotica.org/drum/TD6V_editor.zip

The knobs work, but maybe not as expected, click on a knob then use your keyboard up/down arrows to change the value.

What is this for? Is it just an easier way to make your own kit, like if you have the midi to USB cable?

Heres a screenshot. The nice thing about this program is that it lets you see all the parameters for a kit in one window.

When in doubt, roll ! Or just change program number.
